Not sure what to say?

Ed was one of the kindest, most thoughtful, people I've ever met. We lost contact a long time ago, but back at Notre Dame, and then at La Lumiere, Ed was very dear. At ND, he was the only one in our group on grad students who had a car--and he was constantly giving people rides. I attended St. John's with Ed, and remember him as a kind and supportive friend. I was honored to know him. The world is a little less bright without Ed.
