All the famlies who lived around him will miss him. Old friends take a live time to make ,but a loss of one is hard. he will be missed.

I would like to express my most sincere sympathy to Bud's family and friends. I got to know Bud years ago when I was working as a route salesman in the South County area. He was a true gentleman and South County Icon.

Sincerest condolences to family and friends....Cousin "Bud" was a true local icon...and I'm glad I got to know him...and we loved his father, Great Uncle Tom...

I remember sitting with Bud and Roberta at Ernie's service and being able to get up enough nerve to make some comments to the group about him. One thing that I recall saying was that it didn't matter how often you saw Ernie, it could be once a week or once a year but you always came away with a good feeling because you knew that he was your friend. Bud was the same, he was a friend with no strings and no questions. We will miss him and I will always remember the way that he would say goodbye...

South County has lost our independent man! Bud will be missed by his many friends. Dave and Jane

Bud was a good neighbor whom I admired for his staunch independence and basic values.
