Eddie Bulger was one of my greatest inspirations. I was only here from Scotland one week when I knew that I wanted to follow in his footsteps and bcome a NYC Detective.He will always live forever in my heart. He was not only my brother in law, but my mentor advisor and a truely great friend. I will miss him dearly

Ed. As we recall, the last time we saw you was at Bardmoor where we each had gone for tests. The last time I spoke with you, on phone, I asked why you weren't Head Ushering us anymore. Answer was; "Sadie, (and you) going to a more convenient Mass." Now, with the Grace of God, I will see you at your 11:30 Mass on Monday. We extend our deepest condolences to you Sadie and Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Sadie, Debbie, Eddie and Kelly and families. Uncle Eddie will be missed. I'm sure he has met up with a great bunch up in heaven.

Ed... you and I taught hundreds of PCSO members and civilians CPR while at PCSO. And we sanitized the an equal number of CPR dummies (the fun part of CPR training). You will always be remembered for your extensive law enforcement career, but for me, I will remember you as the big hearted New York transplant, training folks to save lives (sometimes to save their own grandchild). I really enjoyed teaching with you. You will be missed!

My family and I were saddened to learn of Ed's passing. He was our neighbor for 30 plus years, always friendly, helpful and a great Family Man in all he accomplished. Our deepest sympathy to Sadie, Eddie, Debbie and Kelly on their loss. Our prayers are with you all.
