My thoughts and prayers go out to Sandy and Ed´s family. You will always have a warm, cherished place in my heart for your friendship, generosity and kindness towards me.

I'm so sad of his passing; I just found out today. I'm a retired employee for 37+ years; for Escondido disposal / Edco. In all the years I know Mr.Burr; he was always an example to follow, always kind and smiling, as he told his stories as hard work always always pays off. He surely be missed. May He rest in peace. Ed was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He was always very generous with his time and enjoyed talking about business, reading biographies, and a great listener as well. He was kind, supportive of me and my family, compassionate and extremely generous. Each time I see the name "EDCO" I will think about the positive impact you made on me and the San Diego community. I offer my deepest condolences to the whole family and will greatly miss our conversations. Rest in peace Ed. M. Nichols
