Duane, As we you were laid to rest today, I couldn't help but think of how proud your son Kenny was of you. You were and are his hero still. Rest in peace with your two sweet angels. Kenny will be well cared for and will reunite with you again one day. God bless Louise, your Parents and your Son Kenny, and all who loved you as we all try to come to terms with this tragic loss.

Dear Mrs Louis Cantrell, I know your heart has been broken into a billion pieces and nothing I say will help much but please know this...that there are so many people, many of whom you do not know personally, that are here for you in thoughts and prayers. There was only one Edward, and he will never be forgotten for his service to our Country, his dedication to the Special Forces, his love for his family and the ultimate sacrifice he made for his daughters. God bless you Mrs. Cantrell.

As a teacher I intend to tell my students about this man I never knew but know very well through this incredibly unselfish act. My kids need heroes to look up to and to consider their deeds and actions. Your husband saw in...

Even though you're grieving, you must be proud of your husband. He made the ultimate sacrifice, just like a Daddy should. You're in my prayers.
