Happy Birthday tio! Although you are not here in the physical sence I do still here your words of wisdom and will always feel your love, I miss you and think of you daily. I love you always, you knew that. Your neice Jannette

Dad: I'ts now going on a month that you left me. Not a day goes by that I haven't missed calling you and hear your voice. When am alone I recall you great stories, wishing that I had recorded them to share with others. I think of you daily dad.

I was shocked to come across Mr. Chamberlain passing away. He popped in to our office to tell me hello only a month ago. He was one of my favorite patients.
