Carol and family, sorry to hear about Ed's passing. Ed was my neighbor at my shop. Ed had a big heart if he could help you he would do it. He had the equipment when I was building my shop that I did not have and he left me use it just to be a neighbor. One night I was working building something in the shop and was ready to go back to Harrisburg and I stepped outside and it was a sheet of ice, the roads were a mess, so I called Ed to see if I could sleep at his home. The next morning I woke up...

I am sorry to hear of Eds passing. In the years that I was your neighbor he was always willing to help in any way he could. He had every tool known to man. He always figured out a way to get the job done. Sometimes it took awhile for him to get to it. I always felt welcome in your home. You and Ed were always ready to feed me or at least give me a cup of coffee, and some good conversation when I stopped in.My deepest sympathy for you and your family. May God's peace be with you all

Ed was more than a neighbor, he was my second father for many of my early years. I couldn't begin to list the things I learned from him. Whether it was working or hunting, Ed's way was always better. Myself and many others can say, I would not be who I am today, if not for Eddie's love and guidance. May you rest in Peace
