Mr. Chappelle,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Helen + Joe..So sorry to read about your Dad..he was a nice man ..you folks have great memories..Joanne Bonner

Pa touched the hearts of everyone he met. I always chuckled when someone met Pa for the first time and they referred to him as the "cutest man", which he was, and he was also the kindest, most gentle and caring person I have ever known. The mold was truly broken after Pa.
I will miss you more than words can express. I am extremely grateful to have so many wonderful memories that I will be able to cherish for the rest of my life.
Pa, you meant the world to me and I will never, ever...

Dad, You are at peace now. You have taught me well. I will treasure all the wonderful times our family have shared with you and Mom. Your final hugs and kisses have given Joe and I,and our children memories to cherish. Kiss Mom for us.

Love,
Helen

God was so good to let you all have him for so long.

Now he's at peace with his beloved wife.
