Very sorry to hear. My former mother-in-law, Kitty Smith, loved him. Kitty told the cutest story that Turner was a huge Yankees fan, back in the Mickey Mantle days, and Turner refused to remove his Yankees cap when he went to bed at her house. Turner was spending the night with her son. So, Turner wore the cap to bed, and Kitty gently removed it once he fell asleep.
