Dear Conrad Family, Dr. Conrad will always be remembered as a doctor who went the extra mile for his patients. He was a friend as well as our doctor. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers. May it be a comfort to you to know how much he was respected and loved by many. Sincerely, Doug and Georgette Ensign and Family

To the family of Dr. Conrad:

I would like to extend our condolences to your family. I have fond memories of Dr. Conrad. I remember going to see patients at the nursing home with him and of him precepting in the office once a week when I was a resident. He will be missed.

When I got pregnent with my daughter in 1957, Dr. Lorenzen recomended Dr. Conrad to me. He delivered my Sharon on July 11, 1958, She got scarlet fever when she was 2 years old. Dr, came out to our house several times for she was very sick, I continued to be his patient till I moved to Florida in 1989. But my daughter still was his patient till he retired. He was a great person and you and your family are in my prayers.

Dear Mrs. Conrad, Doug, Cathy,Jim, David and Jennifer. PLease accept the Monaghan Family's condolences for the loss of your Father on earth, but remember he is up in Heaven awaiting us all.
