Not sure what to say?

Sister Shiley, nephew Edward, and niece Deborah, I apologize for being so late in adding my thoughts to your book. I just wanted to think about this message for a while. Having Ed as my best friend in High School and working with him at Younquist Drug Store, spending time with him at Keesler AFB, attending Shirley and Ed´s wedding, spending time with you all on Summer street and in Marblehead. Every time I spent time with Ed, even if it was a few years between visits, it always was as if we...

Aunt Shirley & cousins Deb and Edward. I am truly saddened by the news of Uncle Eddie´s passing. I will cherish the memories of time spent on Summer St and visits to Marblehead. Lovingly, Annette

Ya know Ed you meant so many things to so many people. You and Walter we friendly and went together to buy his guitar. Then a jam session at Franklin st fire house with Walter and Danny . You are the reason I came back from part time work at the bank to fill time. It was a great experience working with you. You were a great person, musician , talker and just many more things You will be missed but I am and as well as Walter so glad to have known you . RIP keep on singing

So sad to hear of Ed's passing. Thinking of you all and remembering you all in my prayers. I SO enjoyed working with Ed for so many years. He made a difference. I loved his music as well! He will be missed. He was a great guy!

I worked with Ed for many years at the bank, and one thing I always remember was that it didn't matter if he was talking to a wealthy customer, to someone with $10 in their account, or to a brand new teller--if you could carry on an interesting conversation, Ed genuinely wanted to hear what you had to say and engage with you. And being a fellow guitar player, I remember more than once being busy at work and getting that phone call from Ed in his office, and he'd say, "Hey Kyle, you got a...

Ed was so personable. He would sit at my desk and chat about various topics regularly. I am so lucky to have worked with him for so many years!

Ed played in many bands with my dad and in my dads garage on friday nights till the sun came up. always a pleasure to be around so many fond memories. my sympathies to his friends and family.

My sincere sympathies to the family. I didn´t know Ed, but read his very impressive and loving obituary. Deb, keep his memory close and speak of him often. He will always be in your heart. I´m sure it will be hard to be without your wonderful Dad,

Something I´ll always remember and cherish about my grandfather was his ability to make someone smile or laugh despite the situation. He was able to show interest in people´s thoughts and feelings better than anyone I´ve met, and always showed respect to people whether they were in the right or wrong
