Not sure what to say?

Ed, myself and Ron Tabb and others ran track together at CMSU and Ed was a prince of a man and a gentleman and a scholar. I am deeply saddened by this news and my condolences to his family.

Charlotte,
Nan and I feel terrible, we didn't know Ed very long but certainly enjoyed his company as well as yours. We met while battling our illnesses and Ed always offered his heartfelt support. Please accept our condolences, we will miss him!

The years I spent with you were awesome. You taught me so much. I have so many pictures, cards, and memories of your love. :)

We have lost a great man. I truly hope he is running again in Heaven. I had the pleasure of working and running with Ed while at BKD. I was there when he became partner and was shining as a rising star. I considered Ed a friend and a mentor. He encouraged me. You knew quickly from talking to him that his kids were always on his mind. My prayers go out to his family.

We are so very sorry for your loss. Charlotte and Hannah, we will keep you and your family in our prayers. Tom, Mary Beth Jonathan and Julia Butch (Village of Loch Lloyd, MO)

Ed was a good friend. We met through mutual friends and enjoyed spending time and playing golf together not only on group golf trips but he visited us in Florida and I him in Kansas City and Las Vegas. He will be greatly missed. His children however were always his most prized priority. While I was very saddened to hear of his passing and my prayers go out to his family.

Ed was an amazing man, with a unique family dynamic that is to be remembered with admiration. He was an inspiration to not only his children, but countless others that loved him like a father.

Ed was a true entrepreneur and innovator within his own organization. I worked with him as a vendor....Ed championed initiatives that he believed in...even when it would have been easier to call it a day. He had an incredible drive and force of will and his leadership will be felt in his organization for many years to come.

Ed was a golf buddy of mine. We made several golf trips together to Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville, FL each February for several years with groups of guys from KC. Ed loved golf and we always enjoyed having him on our trips. He loved to talk to us about his children and keep us updated on their lives. I was so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. i will miss him.
