All my life, I have been so proud of my brother Ed. I admired him for knowing what he wanted and went for it! I always looked up to him, not only because he was intelligent, but for the fact that he was also so understanding of life's problems and did all he could to make "things better." He helped me through several during my life. We shared many memories over the years. His support and kindness touched many people in his lifetime. I am devastated to learn of the passing of my dear friend Ed. I met Ed 50 years ago when we formed E.I. Doucette Assoc. in Chatham, NJ. We worked together for several years and became very successful. My time with Ed was more educational than all of my schooling. He was a brilliant man. We kept in touch over the years and would meet for dinner several times a year. Ed would travel half way to NJ and I would travel half way to Pa. We emailed frequently and then I stopped hearing from him. ...

Todayis March 14. 2012 and I just found out tonight that I lost a good friend Ed. I Doucette. I saw him May 14, 2010 to celebrate his birthday with him It was eary but his family was having something on his birthday date. I knew he was very sick but never dreamt he would be gone in seven months. I will always remember our times together. A friend

Whenever my dad spoke of his brother it was with pride and respect - he was both brilliant and wonderful to the family and friends. We will cherish his memory. My prayers are with Kathy, Marque, Phillip and my Aunts and Uncles. Much love to you all, Sheree
