I will miss Eddie very much, his smile and visits to Hale 'Farms were always welcome. I kept a few beers in the fridge for him, in case Maria did not have any or wasn't home. He will be missed when I return to CT this Spring. Sorry for your loss, we have lost a good friend. Love Shirley Platt

I am so saddened to hear that my Htfd. Hosp. room mate has passed. And, so very happy that we had the opportunity to spend some time recently to get reacquainted. Uncle Eddy will be sorely missed -- as will his yearly hayrides, delicious peaches, and belly-filling risotto. I can envision him up in heaven reading these entries, hearing what great things people are saying about him, and saying one thing in response (with a little smile on his face): "Cat!"
