Pauline, my sincere condolences. I just read Ed's obit.He lived a long life and I'm sorry we lost contact with each other. We have lived in Texas the last 40+ years. I lost Joyce in June of 2023.I wish you God's peace in your loss.

Many lovely memories of Ed at the VA Medical Center in Ann Arbor. He worked for the telephone company, but was our "fix-it man" at the VA. The VA kept him very busy, which meant, while he was not a Veterans Affairs employee, he was there nearly every day. We all got to know and love this very fine man. He had a smile on his face every minute he was with us. May he rest in peace!
