Edward "Ed" Esko

Ed Esko was a wonderful macrobiotic teacher who knew so much about the system and who taught with such compassion.

the Esko family thanks you all so much. He was a great man, and greater father.

I just now found out about Ed Esko´s passing on...he helped me as a caregiver save my mother´s life years ago through macrobiotics. One of his books I took to heart and it made the most sense (other than The Book of Macrobiotics). Forever indebted. Now I´m 73 yrs old & have something undiagnosed for going on 3 yrs. Found him on YouTube & in the comments someone posted they´d miss him! Will look further into how this could even be, I know his light in the world was far reaching and he made it...

Ed you were my first introduction to Macrobiotics You sent a lifetime helping and teaching others RIP God Bless.

Ed was always a very inspiring macrobiotic teacher. I was especially interested in his work on cold fusion, which is a revolutionary technique, not understood by most people.

I have known the Esko's since childhood my thoughts go out.
