I only had the pleasure of knowing Ed for a couple of years, but you only had to talk to him for 5 minutes to know how great of a person he was. Many stressful and monotonous days at work were remedied when I would look up and see Ed and Susan walking through the door. My condolences to the Farrell family. He definitely was a great man ! Growing up in Inwood we called him the Legend! He even had a sandwich named after him.I do remember his days teaching at Lawrence he always made you smile his words hello " Bro" always gotten me through the day! He will be missed .The good lord needed his expertise on winning in basketball with 318 wins how can you pass up a kind humble man like Ed.
