Edward Ferjack Obituary

Edward John Ferjak, 90, of Anniston, Alabama passed away on July 23, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 8,1934, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Joseph and Mary (Kimak) Ferjak. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his six siblings, Joseph, Michael, George, Marian, Elaine, and Susan. On May 1, 1963, Edward was united in marriage to Laurelee "Lolly" Class. One son was blessed from this union, Drake Ferjak. Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Laurelee "Lolly" Ferjak, his son Drake (Brenda) Ferjak, his grandchildren, Jennifer (Benjamin) Caulder, and Ryan (Johni) Ferjak, and his great grandchildren, Mikailie Caulder, Delilah "Lilly" Caulder, Emmett Caulder, and Oliver Ferjak. He loved and adored all his family, but he held a special part in his heart for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. "We love you Pop and we will miss you!" Visitation for family and friends was on August 4, 2025, 6-8pm at Chapel Hills Funeral Home located at 542 W. 52nd St, Anniston, Alabama 36206. Burial was August 5, 2025, 2pm, at the Alabama National Cemetery with full military honors located at 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Alabama 35115. As a United States Army veteran with 22 years of service and achieving the rank of Master Sergeant (MSG) with combat in the Korean War and Vietnam War, he has earned the recognition and thanks deserving of a combat veteran.
