Not sure what to say?

At the mark of the 12 year anniversary of your passing I can’t say it has gotten easier. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you and with the passing of each day I understand you more. I miss your wit and wisdom and our conversations. So many things have happened that I want to pick up the phone and tell you about or just sit and chat. I am becoming more like you as the years weather on and when I reflect on this I am proud. You were a great man, a great Grandfather and...

i miss you everyday. there are so many things i want to share with you and i can't. every breath i take, when i exhale i ask for your poise. i just hope that if you can see me, you are understanding and when i accomplish something, you are proud. you are my rock. i love you. im so happy i had the true fortune of knowing you and am so proud to have your blood in my line. i love you

But come ye back when summer's in the meadow. Or when the valley's hushed and white with snow. 'Tis I'll be here in sunshine or in shadow Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so.

And if you come, when all the flowers are dying And i am dead, as dead i well may be. You'll come and find the place...

My condolences to you and your family on the passing of your Dad. May he rest in peace, and please know that my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
