Not sure what to say?

Duke You were the BEST!!

Uncle Ed will always be one of my heroes. He had the most awesome smile. Except for my own father I wanted to be like Uncle Ed when I was growing up. I remember like it was yesterday when he took some of us kids to see the movie Miracle of the White Stallions, taking us with him to the old Prairie Market and to watch them raise the center span of the Fremont Bridge. He was an awesome man and I will always have him ln my heart.

Papa Ed is a grandfather, and father who is deeply missed. I have many fond memories of my grandfather who loved his wife and children unconditionally. His support and love for his grandchildren

Knowing one of his sons I consider one of my best friends. His influence of who my friend is tells me everything. Peace to all who are hurting.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all your family as you celebrate and remember your wonderful and kindly dad. I can't think of St Rita school and church without thinking of him and all of you. Love to all,

I will miss him.

Without the hesitation, he said yes and the following weekend brought tools and materials to make a tow bar and towed me home to get the engine rebuilt. That hitch came in real handy because he had to tow me three more times till the engine was finally fixed the right way! Never complained, never said anything negative about...
