Ed, his wife, Darlene and Ed's sister, Karen, and I graduated from Plentywood High School (Montana) in 1962. I remember Ed as having a beautiful singing voice and playing trumpet in the band. He and Darlene were high school sweethearts so no one can say that young love isn't genuine and lasting. Ed was a quiet guy and a smart cookie.
