Not sure what to say?

Still, after 4 years, I miss not just EJ but Barb as well. Conversations with EJ could take you anywhere and everywhere was awesome. I am happy that Barb is with her children and grandchildren but I miss her terribly. My feelings go to show how special people leave an imprint on your heart forever. Love you Barb.....miss you EJ.

Thinking about EJ and all of you today. Love,

It is hard to believe that EJ has been gone for two years. Perhaps it is so hard to believe because I think of him almost every day. I find reminders of him as I go through my days and am grateful for them.....EJ was a treasured friend. He cared for many and as was stated many times before, he was a great storyteller and an active listener. Both he and his beloved wife demonstrated sincerity in every interaction with others.....I miss his Eggplant Parm and I miss Barb's smiles and hugs. ...

To E.J's family- I'm so sorry to hear of his death. I was bereft when I could no longer find his website with the Movieland directory, so ordered the magnificent doorstop of a hard copy. Today, I was working on my newest bibliography, and see that he passed away. His Movieland Directory is truly a valuable resource for we old Hollywood buffs, and I'm sorry I never got to thank him in person for compiling it. As another recent widow (my husband also passed in 2020), I hope your grief is a...

Barb....I know this first anniversary is hard... Sadly, moments like these make us realize all of the big and little changes that have occurred in our lives since our loved one left us. I am consoled knowing that you have many, many wonderful memories of a good man, a wonderful husband, and a gentle soul. EJ brought joy to so many....he will always have a place in my heart. I am sending you love, strength to have patience with yourself, and the knowledge that it is "ok" to feel what you...

we were working on my showbiz book which we were co-writing. He visited me here at the motion picture tv fund and stayed for five days. We kept in contact almost every day for over a year. I am still shocked by the news! Much love to you Barb and Abby.

Dear Barb and the rest of the Fleming clan: We haven't met, but some of you know who I am because, for the past two years or so I've had the pleasure and honor of being E.J.'s literary agent in Los Angeles. We met by chance after I admired one of his books and we hit it off immediately. Subsequently, we were able to close a couple of interesting deals and were working hard together to complete some other exciting material for possible publication and/or movie/tv adaptation. Although we...
