Not sure what to say?

Thinking of Mary and Ed today. Ed hired me in 1987 as I retired from the Marine Corps and it was my privilege to work beside him for many years.

I am so sorry to learn of Ed's passing. I remember him from the old Xonics days. So serious at work and so much fun at a party.
There are people you meet in your life that you never forget and Ed Fletcher is one of those people for me.
May God bless his family.

My sincere condolences go out to Mary and the kids and extended family. Ed was one of the cornerstones in a business venture that brought together one of the highest concentrations of talent ever assembled. He led by example, lived out his commitment to excellence daily, and he never asked of anyone more than he was fully willing to do himself. My condolences to you Mary for the loss
of Ed .

We had many a discussion on exotic cars, one of his interests. Ed pursued his passion for Phenomenology throughout his life and contributed so much to our country's Missile Defense. Although he was demanding toward excellence, expecting the most out of himself and others, he was at the same...

We will miss a great neighbor, and a great contributor to the field of radar. Bruce and Jean Juell

I will always be grateful for the opportunities and experience I gained through my 15 years at XonTech, Inc. I will always remember Ed with great respect for all he did for so many people and for the passion he held for his immediate family as well as his extended family. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you get through this difficult time.

Our condolences to Mary at this time. It's way too early in Ed's life. He will be missed. As Ed passes through the "Pearly Gates" we know he is sizing up the structure as a future radar candidate. When new technical problems arise we'll be saying, "sure wish Ed were here".

Our condolences go out to Mary and the rest of the Fletcher family for the loss of Ed. Ed will be remembered for his dedication to family and country. May God rest his soul.
