Miss you and our beloved Faith, we had such wonderful memories together!

Having the pleasure and honor to work with Ed at Cleary, I can say it is no surprise to find his family just as wonderful. May they continue to find confort in how much everyone loved and admired him.

My heartfelt condolences go out to Mr. Flynn's family. I worked with "Ed" at Cleary Gottlieb. He has always been the kindest man I have ever known. He had manners and respect. "Gentleman" was his middle name. He made my day everytime I saw him because he always had something nice to say to me. I will miss him dearly and I know all of Cleary will miss him as well!!
