Not sure what to say?

Eddie is the little guy in the front middle in front of his Uncle Edward A. Fritz, Jr. (my grandfather)

I loved ya Eddie. That smile at the keys was just so great. Thank you for all those years of the sweet stuff of Jazz. Say hi to Rayford for me.

my complete condolence to your family for losing you to that darn liver.

Eddie was an outstanding musician whom I had seen perform in the area many times over the years. He always had a smile on his face, and a positive attitude. The St Louis music scene is poorer with his passing. My condolences to his family and many friends.

He was an inspiration to us all. I will always be grateful for his playing at my father's 80th birthday party at the Cupples House in May, 2000. He was unmistakenly the best in St. Louis. My sympathy to the family.

Dear Debbie,
I just learned of Eddie's passing today, but too late to come to his memorial service. I will always remember him from Treecourt and for his wonderful music. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
Sincerely,
Beth Browning

Dear Debbie: We were sorry to hear of Eddie's passing. Katie and I want you to know that we are thinking of you and your family at this time. We certainly all had some great times together. I know how difficult it all has been for you. We are praying for you all. I do know one thing...Jack and Mip were glad to see him! Much love to all....Katie and Gary [Indianapolis, IN]

I'll miss Eddie's kind words and music from my cousin. I really liked the man and will miss him.

Eddie was one of my dearest friends, a fellow musician with whom I shared countless superb musical moments. His many friends (myself included) will miss his positive attitude, generosity of spirit, curiosity about and interest in many things as well as his unique creativity. In so many instances Eddie was there for me, as well as for my late wife Carol, and we always felt that we were part of his great family.
My sympathy to Debbie, Eddie Jr, Matt, Jennie and the entire family.
