Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful man. He was "our Doctor"....he will be missed.

Chloeann Bedwell Johnson

To the Fugate Family,
We were so sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Fugate. He was much more than a Doctor to us as we considered him a second Father. He was always so gracious to us as well as our entire family and especially to our parents. He had a special gift to make you feel comfortable even when you were suffering. We will always remember his kind manner, wisdom, and keen sense of humor.
With our deepest sympathy and condolences,

Dear Julie and Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Ed's pasing. He was a wonderful person and touched many lives. He will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dr. Fugate was the epitome of caring and compassion on the Big Red sideline, in the locker room, and in each players thoughts and hearts. As a former player and "Doc Fugate Award" winner, I can attest to the wonderful man he was, both professionally and personally. I, like so many others, will miss him terribly. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God bless you, Doc!

Dr. Fugate was a wonderful, compassionate man whom I had the utmost respect for. I have many wonder memories of him with the Big Red Football Team including our trip to the Silverdome for the 1986 State Championship. He will be missed by many.

I'm saddened to hear of Doctor Fugate's passing. I have such vivid memories of watching him on the sidelines of the Big Red football games, and when necessary, literally dashing on the field to help an injured player. I also recall spending a nice evening at the Methodist church in Casnovia with Mrs. Fugate and her mother and my mother and grandmother. My sympathies to you all.

I had the privledge of working with Dr. Fugate while I was a nurse anesthetist in Muskegon. I fondly remember our time in the operating room. He was a compassionate, caring physician. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Bruce Van Dop

May your memories of this wonderful man bring you comfort in the coming days.
With our deepest sympathy.

Julie and family, I just received the news here in Fl. about your loss, and it IS our loss and heaven's gain!! I'm so glad we had that chance to be together at the 'cottage" last summer, to enjoy his radiant smile and share with your family. Your are ALL in my heart and prayers.
