Not sure what to say?

Dear Kathy and your family. Christmas is the hardest time when you have lost someone near and dear to you. Ed was always was there for me when I was trying to prepare on concert day. He always made sure everything was ready so I didn't have to worry about the gym being ready. I continue to miss seeing him around town. He was always someone Dave could talk to at the John Muir staff parties. Remember all the wonderful times you have had together and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sincerest sympathies to the family. When I worked at Ace in Portage, I observed Tom, his brother Ed and Father Ed Sr. chatting away. They were such a tight knit family, and I noticed the love and enjoyment they all had for each other. Sincerest sympathy Tom and your family, as I can sense some of your loss, that only you can feel. The memories you all have of each other will help you through the rough times ahead. Just to let you know we're thinking of you. Condolences! l

I am Eli, his grandson. He was the best Grandpa ever, always being there, no matter what it was. He rarely smiled on camera, but let me tell you, he was always smiling in person. The last time we went up North with him, my brother got a fishing lure stuck in Grandpa´s hand! He never showed any pain (holding it in), even while Grandma was YouTubing how get it out!

Kathy, so sorry to hear about Ed. He will be missed. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Most of the time I knew the answer but sometimes they even stumped me. You were such a friend to all of our John Muir students and they all lovingly referred to you as Ed. I remember how surprised you were to have all those Good Luck cards from the students that were...

Ed would be at the Gohl Post where I exchanged the daily blog.He came into Festival when We were working he gave us a heads up. Will miss him
