Not sure what to say?

Dear Ann and Jim,

I had been trying to locate your Dad and have tried calling the number we knew but to no avail. This morning I was sitting at my computer thinking of Ed and Janet and was able to find the notice of your Dad's passing.

We are truly sorry for you both. We learned about your Mom's passing from your Dad and that was our last conversation. Truly two wonderful individuals.

We golfed about every day with them during our Palm Valley Days and spent a number...

Jim -

I'm sorry we were out of town for your father's services. Please know that we are thinking of you and the family.

Best wishes,
Lisa

Jim,

I want to offer how touched I was yesterday at your dad’s service. Our lord rained tears on his burial, a testament to a great man, a loving husband and passionate father. Your words were heartfelt and moving. May god watch over you and care for you and your family during this time of great loss.

Jim,
I never met your father but from what I hear he was a great man! As you know, our fathers had a similar departure from this earth. As tough as it is, he is in a better place and we should at least feel good about that. My heart and prayers are with you and your family during this time and the years ahead. God Bless and hold on to those memories that you shared with me as well as the many others I'm sure you hold dear.

I would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Gildea for their generosity to Cape Cod Healthcare. I will miss them both and am fortunate to have met their children, Ann and Jim as a result of the friendship with their parents.
