Not sure what to say?

I was on Florida last week and driving past Punta Gorda I recalled Ed and pictured him at the helm of his boat winding his way through the mangroves heading toward open water. RIP my friend, I will never forget you.

I happened to be talking basketball to some colleagues here is West Central Minnesota. If memory serves Eddie was the only white guy on the DeWitt Clinton H.S. 5 in about 1959 or 60, and he was the one to sink the winning shot in the NYC City Champs game. we both grew up in Knolls Crescent in the Bronx. We never travelled in the same circles (my, Bronx H.S. of Science 1959). needless to say I lost touch with him in about 1960. Sorry to hear he is gone.

Knew Ed from the old days back in the Bronx. RIP.

Hi Judy and family: Ed was well remembered at Belmont Abbey last weekend at of all things, Abbot Oscar Burnette's funeral! Our most sincere condolences to the entire family.

Great time

Karen and I will treasure the friendship that we have with you and ED. We will miss him and remember the good times we shared with both of you. RSP Ed

Dear Judy,

From Michelle and me, our hearts go out to you and the girls, and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Ed, was such a wonderful person to work for, and we were so grateful to have had the opportunity to know you and the family during your time in Omaha. Enjoyable memories, that I know Ed had as well. I always remember him saying that in all the places he had lived, that he felt that Omaha was a real "home" for him and his family.
It is by coincidence...

I'm so very sorry for your loss. It was always a pleasure taking care of Mr. Gilfeather.
