Not sure what to say?

Sadly, I recently found out about Ed's passing. I had the privilege of Ed's representation about 15 years ago when I was managing commercial real estate in Baltimore, Maryland. I will never forget all of our conversations. A giant of a man in all respects.

I will always remember his kindness, integrity, and warm spirit. I will miss him

Peaceful Reflections

What a true gent. I remember Ed with fondness from Maryland State Bar Association days and while I was General Counsel at UMBC and often working on Baltimore County issues. I would run into him in Towson and be greeted with his customary warmth and good humor. He left us too soon. My heart goes out to his wife and sons. Kindest regards and condolences.

We had just reminisced about a Coolfont W Va Baltimore Co Bar Assn event that we both attended with our families in like `90, and laughed.... Ed brought it up bc our families had come such a long way! Always had an easy, genuine smile and never missed a hello.... We send our love to the Gilliss family and hope that God´s grace touches you all at this shockingly sad time.... It is never a bad thing to be kind like Dad, although he was a "big shot"-that would make him cackle!
