Not sure what to say?

Special prayers in memory of a wonder friend.

I had Dr. Gobetz for a wonderful history class at KSU. He was easily my favorite and the most impactful of all educators who I encountered. What a beautiful soul! Thank you for touching mine. Rest well kind sir.

Prayers of remembrance for this truly gallant and spiritual gentleman. He made the world a better place.

Prayers and blessings on you and your family this time of remembrance. Ed was the absolute definition of gentlemanliness.

My deepest condolences to the Gobetz family. It was truly an honor, to have known Edi.

As SZZ Br. 42 Maple Heights host, I invited Dr. Gobetz to be guest speaker at our Slovenian Women's Union State Convention (held years and years ago) which started with Mass at St. Lawrence Church, followed by Sunday dinner at the Slovenian National Home, 80th St., Cleveland. Bishop Pevec said the Mass and Dr. Gobetz and his wife, Milena, were special guests. I never thought that any one of these prominent people would accept the invitation and make our convention day such a success! ...

Edi always made me feel so good! Just being in his presence was akin to being enveloped in love and kindness. What a wonderful man, father, grandfather, husband and friend! I will miss seeing Edi at all the family gatherings which you have so graciously included us in. I pray that though you can no longer see him, you will always know that he is still with you every moment.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Deepest Sympathies from the Mihelcic Family!!!!!! We are so sorry for your loss! I always remember your loved one with a smile on his face and kind words. He used to call our Dad the Senator! Dad always got a great laugh out of his given title! Your husband, dad and grandfather will be greatly missed! He also did a lot for our Slovenian culture

Earth lost a great man, but heaven and all of you gained an angel!!!!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you!
