What a nice, nice man who raised a beautiful family with terrific grandchildren whose lives he touched tremendously! This obituary is a beautiful snippet of his life. I did read his younger brother´s message and it brought tears to my eyes... ahh family, a wonderful family the best gift ever! I was 6 years younger than Eddie, but always made to feel like a valued member of our family. He brought me to important functions in Boston, as well as teaching me the value of music like Cab Calloway whose concert he brought me. He was a regular at my baseball games and most recently often told me how proud he was of my book writing "skills".
