Not sure what to say?

I was sitting in his History class when the news of JFK's assassination was announced. On that day, by his emotions, I gained a true understanding of History, Government, and being a true American. He also was my Driver's Education driver; he made that class most enjoyable. I have not seen him since, but I will never forget him. My sincerest condolences for your loss.

Ed, the first principal for whom I worked, was the best. He had a clear vision for what public school students both needed and deserved. His numerous contributions to Newaygo and surroundings were lasting and immeasurable in their scope, and people's lives are better because of his. May God rest his soul, and fill Millie and family with beautiful memories of his huge role in shaping their lives and those of others.

Mr Grodus!! You were a strong, kind principal. I was sent to your office once or twice for mischievous actions and you always helped me see the error of my ways. Thanks for being a good principal. Peace for all those you leave behind.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all the Grodus family. He was a good principal and was indeed a lot of fun.

I believe Ed and I were classmates at and
english class at GRJC in 1956- 1958. He was a good guy and quite funny too. I think he played football at JC. He still looks the same as I remember.
