Sorry to see you have passed

I am just reading this. I was thinking of what a wonderful boss he was, and a better man and thought I´d google him to see what he was up to. I was shocked to see he passed. He was my boss when I worked for the City of Delray Beach. He was one of the kindest person I ever met. He made everyone feel important. I remember when he met you Morgan, he hung a painting in his office that there was a special story to about when you met. You completed his life. May he test in peace. I admired him so!

I am so sorry to hear about Ned´s passing. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the great good fortune to be hired by Ned in 1970 shortly after he became Onondaga County Commissioner of Personnel. He was a wonderful mentor me and provided me with many opportunities to learn and grow in the Personnel Department. He was exceptional in developing and valuing the contributions and expertise of his staff and in giving credit and visibility to others. Ned was a great mentor to me. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Morgan: Dean knew Ned for over forty years, he was always a gifted speaker both on professional and humorous subjects. Dean always enjoyed working and associating with him. Heaven does now have a great social director. Please our warmest condolences. Dean & Elena
