Not sure what to say?

My wife Eileen is EJ's cousin. They were born a day apart and their mothers were cousins. On our yearly trips to or through Glacier we would stop at The Izack Walton Inn in Essex. If Ed was home he would join us for lunch and we would sit on the outside deck of the restaurant and watch many of the 35 plus Frt trains that passed daily. Amtrak twice a day. When the Amtrak arrival and departing train slowed, the passengers would wave as we waved back. Ed shared his Love of Essex and it's...

My wife Eileen is EJ's cousin, so on our yearly trips to Glacier if Ed was home at Essex ...he would join us for lunch at Izack Walton Inn. He loved Essex and shared his many stories and history of Essex. On those occasions we would sit out on the outside deck and watch one or two of the 35 plus daily frt trains as they passed. Amtrak twice a day, and we would wave at the passengers as they slowed to arrive or depart Essex Station. One time after we finished dining we walked to the parking...

I was sad to hear of EJ´s passing. We were on the swim team together and had great times. He was also my water polo coach. He will be missed.

May God Bless EJ and those he loved. I knew him growing up to be really kind and so much fun.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I have many fond memories of EJ during our high school years. RIP

Edward must have had a wonderful life from what I read in his obituary. My Dad and I got to know him when we met at the drug store and realized we were relatives. He was a sincere and friendly man who I'm glad to get to know. My heart goes out to his family and his mother, Kathleen. You've lost quite a man, and his memory will be in your hearts forever. My condolences to you all.

Spending many fall Friday nights or Saturday afternoons with EJ and crew on the football field was a part of EJ´s life I was privileged to share. His dedication to high school sports by providing quality referees helped many schools with their programs. My condolences to EJ´s family on a life that was shared with others.

I remember EJ as a proud father of two of his children I was so lucky to have in my classroom at ST. Joe's. Lindsey and Jordan were always happy to meet their dad at the pharmacy after school.

My condolences to the Hagan family. What a life well lived! I fondly remember him from high school
