Mrs. Hart,

We only knew Ed for a few years back in the nineties when he worked for me at Sands Parking, but during that time we got to know and love him.

Not only was he a great employee but he was a wonderful human being. I feel like I lost an old friend.

Valorie

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I was so sorry to hear of your loss.

May God comfort and be with you at this time of great loss. Ed was a wonderful man and will be missed. I knew him from working with the City of Norfolk. My deepest sympathy is with your family.

To the Hart's family I would like give condolences. I will keep you in my prayers.

To the Hart's family I would like give condolences.

Throughout the years of knowing Ed, he was always so friendly. It was nice knowing him as long as I have. I'm sure we all wish we had more time to say goodbye. He will be missed.

Valorie & Family,

My heart goes out to each of you during this time. May Ed live on forever with your wonderful memories each of you carry.
