Well, saying good bye is very hard, but I know that earth lost and heaven gained. My soul was filled with sadness to hear, but I know that he is now in better place receiving all of his eternal rewards. We all know he has many of them, since he labored consistenly on this earth. He was my teacher, my father like figure and a dear friend. He was the one that brought me to Christ and showed the power of God's love is stronger than my hurt, sorrow, or anger. Pastor Eddie...I rejoice for your arrival in Heaven and am a little jealous of Jesus getting to hear your wonderful songs. I am thankful for the time He allowed you to spend with your True Vine family. I will miss your words of wisdom from Jesus most. Looking forward to the day when we call all be together in Heaven again. You are one cool cat!

You died a beautiful death with all your girls around you and now you have eternal life though Christ Jesus. Pastor Ed is in the Heart of the True Vine Christian Fellowship. I will never forget his example and encouragement. One of the biggest influences on my walk in the Lord. SO MANY great memories and I thank God for the gift of having that special man there to guide me through my early years as a new christian.
