Not sure what to say?

It has been such a long time since you have been gone. I recall the many pranks you told me about (on co workers) and bragging about your clogging ability. I recall you asking me to bring you candy which your co workers removed for your better health. I was your sidekick in light and laughter...to date, there has been no replacement of you in my life. It is boring Ed without you. I am glad I knew you, I am sorry you are gone..but I hope to see you again... carol strong

Ed, I miss you so much! I recall we mailed each other gag gifts to make us laugh thru the day. I think of you when I am in my yard because you were a great gardener and when the birds come I think of you. Mostly I recall how witty you were and how you made me laugh. RIP ole friend

I miss you Ed...whenever I see an unfamiliar bird in my yard, I think of you being able to quickly ID the "Cooper's Hawk" photo I brought you. Hope there are many different birds for you to ID where you are now.

One of my best and most memorable friends. We shared our diabetes together for years and helped each other through its stages. A ONE of a kind friend. Our friendship could be tricky b ut it was genuine and always there

MISS YOU friend but I know more of your friends have joined you. I am doubtful you would ever be bored in heaven. Too much to do and say but you are very much remembered by me and an old laugh returns

Ed was a great friend for many years and we shared so many trips together. We e-mailed everyday for over 20 years after retirement and did so many things together as families. I miss you every day my friend. He even aksed Dear Carol to give me his diabetic supplies after his passing. A generous friend

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Ed, loved getting attention from other people. When MC aging services offered an aerobics class on 122nd south of Division St. in the late 80's/early 90's, Ed would do cloggin steps on his step platform. He was often silly, always frugal, but a great friend who sometimes had good ideas on various subjects. I will miss him but not his CW music. He was a dear friend of mine who will never be replaced in my memory.

Rosemary Klein and Chuck Nolte send heartfelt condolences. We miss him very much!

To Carol and Ed's family...he will be greatly missed. I got to work around Ed when I worked at the old ODH years ago, then got to dispatch a bit to him later. Mostly fun seeing him at a few"Geezer" gatherings and sharing some fun birding stories...a good man, we will all miss him.
Love,
Mardi
