Edward C. "Ted" Hawke

My deepest sympathy to the Hawke family, Ted and my dad worked together for many years at Newton VW, remember good times with him and his family. Again my deepest sympathy to you all.

Every year I've been fortunate enough to go down to the Carolina's for vacation I've always been fortunate enough to see my Grandfather Ted. Unfortunately those trips will never be the same and a little bit strange knowing you are no longer there. I'll always remember everything we use to do everytime I go down the shore for years to come, it will always be as though your there with us everytime. Love you Grandpa.

I cannot remember a summer where we didn't travel to North Carolina to see Grandpa. It's what I looked forward to all year. First it was the house on the lake with the alligators in the back yard and hurricanes where we hard to board up the house.When I was younger visiting him at the boat dealer next to the flea market, going out on the boat, out to dinner. As we got older and so did he the boat left the picture but we found other things. BBQ on the deck at the new house now his last house....
