Not sure what to say?

To Ed aka Sunshine, I shall always remember you. You always entered, the room with a bright sunshine smile. Rest In Eternal Peace, my friend. The sunshine will always, remind me of you ~Rebecca Wiggins Newton~ Dayton, Ohio

I learned so much working with Ed on the ambulance first as an EMT and then when I became a medic and we were partners on 303. He used to tease me about "going to the dark side" when I became a nurse and he brought me patients to the ER. I miss my prehospital days, and he will always be a big part of my formative years. Such a great guy. My sympathies to the family bc I know he love you all, and his dogs, so very much.

A great man who was more than willing to share his wisdom on EMS or life in general. I had the pleasure of running with Ed while he was with 303, and frequently saw that smiling face come into the ED after I became a nurse. He was truly a great man and we in the emergency services field were all better off having known him. Rest easy Ed.

Rest In Peace, Ed "Ned" Hayes, P 144. He was an interesting partner and one of the last of the first. Duty done, never forgotten.

Kerry & Family, We are so sorry to hear about your loss of your Dad, we are thinking of all of you during this difficult time.

To anyone that had the opportunity to meet Ed it was an experience you´d remember for a lifetime. Great man, paramedic, mentor, and friend to everyone he met. The stories gained working throughout many years on Ambulance, and medic truce with Ed are far too many to pick just one. You´ll definitely be missed Ed. To Ed´s family, coworkers, friends I express my condolences. God speed my friend.

So very sorry for your loss. Are thoughts and prayers are with you. The Magyar Family
