The family of Angelo Pedone send their heartfelt condolences to the Jesuit Family, Relatives and Friends of Father Heavey, we have wonderful memories of him and the kindness he bestowed on all that knew him. Our memories go back to 1950's and all the basketball games and the wonderful years at Saint Peter's Prep and Parish.

Father Heavey was more than a friend. He was a brother, he was a father, an inspiration to my heart. He taught me that the value of Christianity is very important in this world. Not only will I miss you, but you will alway's be in my heart.
God Bless!

We were blessed to know Father Heavey through our neighbors. We mourn his passing, but are grateful to have known such a wonderful man and priest. We miss Father Heavey already.

We think of Father Heavey as a man truly dedicated to each of the roles he filled in a wide variety of positions. While SPC was foremost, every committment was a matter of duty.

Father Heavey was a kind and decent soul who could crack you up in a second with a snide remark or joke. He was a great supporter of Argus Eyes at SPC and the Attic Ensemble afterwards. He was always there to help out when needed...a true pastor to his flock. He will be missed.

As a 1976 graduate of St. Peter's College, I remember Father Heavey as the face of SPC and a great guy. He was a true Jesuit, a fine man and it was always nice to see him at an event and to catch up. My family and I will remember in our prayers.
