Not sure what to say?

Dear Joanne and Dara, I just learned that Ed had died. Ed was my oldest friend - over 60 years. I am so sorry that we lost touch over the years - Ed being in New Jersey and me being in Spokane Valley, Washington. I know that Ed suffered much in the last years of his life. However, as you mourn Ed's passing you have the consolation that his suffering is over and he is at peace with God. Please know that I will celebrate a Divine Liturgy (Mass) for the happy repose of Ed's soul. God...

I´m so sorry for your loss. Ed was a great guy and a good partner and friend. May he rest in the arms of God and watch over you.

Our condolences Ed was a great guy and partner.

Dear Joanne, We just learned of the passing of Ed. He was a wonderful person and will be missed. We send prayers for you and your daughter and family for strength to make it through this difficult time.

Hi Joanne, my wife Mary and I live at the Woodlands. I met Ed last summer at the pool (of course) we had some nice chats about the past and Chambersburg and the mutual friends that we shared. I loved talking with Ed and reminiscing, he was one of the most upbeat people I have ever known. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. It was my pleasure knowing him and briefly talking with you. He will be missed by all. God Bless you and your family. Lew and Mary Silvestro

Dear Joanne and Dara We are so sorry to hear about Ed. Joanne, you are an inspiration to all for the dedication and loving care you gave to Ed. May he now rest in peace and be free from all pain. Our deepest condolences to you and Dara. Rick and Carol Gilmartin Neighbors

Joanne & Dara, I enjoyed reconnecting with Ed these past two years reminiscing about time spent with his family growing up. Joanne, Ed was so lucky & blessed to have you. I'm proud to call you a friend.

To his family, I'm so sorry to read this. Ed and I reconnected on Facebook a couple of years ago. We went to Incarnation School a few years apart and our families knew one another. May he rest in peace and rise in glory. Prayers and comfort to his family during this time of sorrow.

Joanne and Dara, I was so sorry to read this. I remember the first time Ai met Ed in your home. He was lucky to have the two of you to support and care for him. Kim Sarik
