Edward L. Huhn, 71, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023, in the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born June 16, 1951, in Greensburg, a son of the late Edward Huhn and Dolores Morgan Huhn-Ramos. 


Prior to his retirement Ed was a safety manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections in Greensburg.  He was a veteran having served with the US Army, a member of the VFW Post #33 in Greensburg, the Youngwood Sportsman Club,  and enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and bowling. 


In addition to his parents Ed was predeceased by an infant sister Marian Huhn. 


He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Ann Stefanov Huhn; daughters, Amanda Huhn of Jeannette PA., Lisa McHenry and husband Scott of Okeana OH., and Kelly Berggren of Yuma AZ.; a sister Kathy Baradziej and husband Joel, of Jeannette; a brother Arthur Huhn of Greensburg, several nieces and nephews, and his canine companion Luke. 


As per Ed’s wishes, there will be no public visitation.  Funeral services and interment in the Laurel Hill Cemetery, Laughlintown PA. were private.  The John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. Jeannette is assisting the family with arrangements.

Barb, I am so very sorry for your loss. I really do think about you often. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

So sad to hear of Ed´s passing. I bowled with Ed in the Cornerstone Bowling League. Praying for God´s comfort and peace during this difficult time.

Rest in peace brother. Was a firemen with Ed and played softball with him. Lots of memories and fun times. Deepest sympathy to the Huhn family.
