Not sure what to say?

I miss the banter with my longtime friend. I miss his insight, intellect, laughter and smile. I hope he's upstairs at the clubhouse enjoying a cocktail after shooting a 71 at his favorite course. He was one of my favorites. I was blessed to know him.

Patty, I´m so sorry to hear about your loving husband Ed´s sudden passing. My heartfelt condolences and hugs are reaching out to you and your Family. Sarina

Devastated by Ed's passing as is everyone, my heart goes out to the family. I don't know many people of Ed's caliber and it is such a shame he has left us so soon. I miss my friend and will always remember his laugh, intelligence, and warmth. My deepest sympathies.

Patty, I am so sorry for this heartbreaking loss for you and your family. His memory is a blessing. Sending love.

It is an understatement to say that Ed was a special man. He had great kindness, overwhelming optimism, and a generosity of spirit that all who knew him benefitted from. I have always held Patty and Ed as one of those extraordinary couples who continued to speak of one another like newlyweds decades into their marriage. He will be deeply missed and will live on in our hearts always. Sending lots of love and prayers to Patty and family.

Patty -- Many thanks for the fond memories of snow skiing with you & Ed and the rest of the Sohio crowd.

Mrs Hunt, Kelly and Brian I am so sorry for your loss. I have known your family for 48 yrs and I too feel an emptiness. May you all cherish your lifetime of memories with him. Much love and prayers to you all.

Ed was one of those people who was always happy to see you. His infectious smile, gregarious laugh, made you feel instantly "at home". We shared a lot of lovely memories over the years with Patty & Ed. We are heart broken for your family. Surely his love & presence will sustain you. With all our sympathy & love ~ Don & Deb Southard

Ed was a very smart, personable and hard working Engineer. He enjoyed traveling and has a passion for life. Had the pleasure working with him at Loctite. We went to Switzerland together to audit a vendor in 1992. He was so professional and warm. Going to miss his charm and sense of humor! Sorry for your tragic loss, just know Ed will be in my prayers. Earth´s loss - Heaven´s gain. Enjoy your heavenly rewards. Noah Iafigliola
