Our paths crossed many occasions during our carriers at the Watervliet Arsenal. His ability to work closely with the Manufacturing personnel and interact on the shop floor was invaluable. I worked with Ed over the last few years. He was always kind, patient and diligent - he was a consummate team player, always willing to help and patiently teach, and a deeply skilled engineer. I learned so much from him, and appreciated him deeply as a colleague and person. So sorry to hear of his passing and hope he is at peace, and holding his family in my thoughts.

We are totally saddened over the loss of our best friend. Our Thursday night dates will never be the same without Ed. I (Terry) was always proud to go out each Thursday with my husband and Ed. We shared so many stories, the guys many beers, so memories of all our families and of course the guys talked work occasionally which I enjoyed listening too.
