Not sure what to say?

The very fast Eddie will always be remembered as the NOT very fast, but meticulous, bar keep at the Wharf, esp on a busy Saturday night. But we all loved him even more.

Mr. Impink was the BEST, most patient, instructor I had in Motorcycle Technology. It was because of him I became a mechanic. I will always fondly remember him

Mr. Impink thought me motorcycle maintenance, at the Nation Technical Institute in College Park. He was my most memorable instructor, as his knowledge and encouragement help me attain my goals ... a VERY good man ... ot many left...

Ed was the best friend that I had the good fortune to have. He was constantly helpful and generous as well as a mentor. I will miss him dearly.

My love and prayers for Eddie and all of his family, from an admiring cousin. His spirit will live forever in all who loved him, especially his beautiful daughter and loving sisters. Wish I were with you today. ❤❤

Thanks Nancy for such true words about the the nicest but not necessarily fastest bartender at the Wharf and customer at the Warehouse. We shall all miss his kindness and wiliness to drop everything to help when needed. Love and sympathies to Sally and Jason and the grandkids, Big Sally

My sincere condolences to Ed,s family. I knew and admired him at Portsmouth Priory School and enjoyed seeing him at Portsmouth alumni functions. He was very nice to new younger students like me and I always remember his encouragement. Sadly I did not know his racing history nor that he lived close by. Please keep me informed of the Virginia memorial service and I will pass it on to local Priory people. My prayers for both him and the family
May he rest in perpetual heavenly peace.

Please accept my heart felt sympathy for the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort strengthen you at this time of sadness. May Gods promise for the future bring you peace. Hosea 13:14

I remember waiting on Fast Eddie at the Warehouse restaurant in Old Town Alexandri in the early 70s. Half carafe of house red wine, Lord Fairfax (cheeseburger) salad with extra blue cheese, baked potato and finished with a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Later on he became enamored with my good friend Chris Simmons and daughter Sally became a part of their family. I am mourning the loss of an absolutely wonderful man.
My condolences to his exceptional family. Peace and love to you all. xoxo
