Not sure what to say?

To The Ishee Family

I know that you probably dont know me, as I have been away from the Bayou for over 30 years, living in New Orleans. When I read that Mr. Eddie had passed away, all I had was good memories of him when I was a child and He was my Sunday School teacher at the First Methodist Church. I feel very honored to have had Him being a part of my Spiritual Upbringing!!!!He was always so very kind, and always had the sweetest smile..
BLESSED ARE THEY THAT MOURN,,,FOR...

Unfortunatly I did not have a close relationship with Uncle Edward. My only memory of him is him picking at me as a child and wanting to be playful. Even though I did not know him that well, I am sure he was a great man and will be missed by many.

As my brother, Mike Miller has stated before me, Uncle Edward was a very kind and loving person. He took us in when we needed help and gave us some peace in the storms of life. May you be rewarded by our Lord Jesus Chirst for your many acts of love and kindness and may you rest in peace.

TO CARL AND FAMILY MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL. WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE THE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT HAVE LOVED US AND GIVEN US FOND MEMORIES. UNCLE EDWARD IS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON IN MY LIFE. LOVE DEBBIE

This family has endured so much in the last year. I can only pray that those of us who continue to love our lost loved ones can appreciate the time we have with those that are still here. Never take it for granted. Thank you for the great childhood memories Uncle Edward.

To Carl and family - my thoughts are with you at this sad time. We have all lost so many loved ones and we miss them all. We must try to remember all the fun and happy times of our youth. My prayers will be with you all.

Well...Uncle Edward was a very loving person. I remember living with him when I was little. Momma,me, my brother, and my sister all lived with him in his house for a few years. He always treated us with love and respect as if we were his own. May God bless and may you rest in peace. Thanks for your kindness!

Thanks for helping Mom raise me throughout my teens. May God Bless and Carl, Justin, and the rest of the family.
With Love,
Laura, Anita's daughter.

You were and still are my Uncle. But you are with Mamoo now, that's where you have longed to be and so do I.I know I shouldn't be sad but I am. Tell Mamoo, Aunt Margie, Uncle Bob and Momma I love them. Love you also.
