Not sure what to say?

Ed and I met at Ft. Monmouth and we served together our entire tour of duty in Vietnam. We lost track of each other after the Army but we we did talk on the phone a few times over the years. Ed was a good man and I'll miss our phone calls. Rest in Peace!

I only met Ed once at His sister-in-law Donna's service and was impressed with his loving and caring ways. My heartfelt sympathies to Darlene and her family childhood friend of family debbie little

I am very saddened to hear of Ed' s passing. I worked many years with him at Tomkins Corp in Whitinville and over the years would often smile over some of the fun and sometimes hysterical times we had. I had no idea Ed was sick. Sometimes life just passes by so fast. I will miss him and I'm so sorry for your loss.

Our sympathies to the Jacobson family at this difficult time.

Love,

David, Abby and Dan,Garrett and Mindy, Weston and Caterina and Alexis Bird

Dad,
I will never forget all our wonderful memories! You'll forever be close to my heart!

My heartfelt condolences to the Jacobson family for your loss. I pray that loving memories of Ed will bring you peace, comfort, and healing.

As a lonely soldier in Vietnam I will never forget the excitement of stumbling across this childhood friend. Ed, you came to have a wonderful family! I look forward to seeing you in God's Kingdom.

My deepest sympathy to the Jacobson family, especially to Darlene. Ed will be missed and his memory and best qualities live on in all of you. I wish I could find help to cover my group that just ended, so I could have made the calling hours. May you all have blessings of added strength and a gradual return to peace. Take good care of each other.

Our prayers go out to the Jacobson family, It's never easy to say goodbye nor are you ever ready to let go, but I hope you all find comfort in each other through the laughs you all shared with Ed .
Knowing Ed the way I do, I'm sure he's causing alot of laughter among the angels...
He will be greatly missed. Take care of each other.
