Edward Jenest

It is with great sadness that I learned of Ed's passing upon reading the August edition of the Abbott Retirees Club Newsletter. It was during a short business trip to Japan in 1995 that I got to know Ed. He went out of his way to make that trip very memorable for me, sharing his knowledge of Abbott's diagnostics products as well as many stories filled with laughter. He had a wonderful personality and I missed him over the years since his retirement. May he rest in peace.
