I attended Georgia Tech's Graduate Program in City Planning from 1976 - 78 where I had the honor of meeting Professor Emeritus Larry Keating. Larry specialized in teaching racial bias in housing, for which he was driven by a remarkable inner passion and unique perspective. Larry and I hit it off immediately.
